The signing ceremony of the tripartite strategic cooperation agreement among the three leading new energy enterprises in Zhangzhou City, Changtai Economic and Technological Development Zone: Winston Batter Ltd., Fujian Taiyang New Energy Development Co., Ltd., and Fujian Antai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the headquarters of Winston Battery on January 9, 2023. All parties are willing to give full play to their respective advantages, establish strategic cooperative partnership based on the principles of resource sharing, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation. Under the premise of conforming to laws, regulations, and the requirements of the superior regulatory departments, comprehensive cooperation will be carried out in the field of comprehensive smart energy, to help achieve the 14th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives through the Year 2035.

The Winston Battery 4MW+6MWh industrial photovoltaic storage project is the first industrial photovoltaic storage project in Fujian Province to adopt large-capacity aqueous lithium-ion batteries. The total investment is 21 million yuan. After the project is put into operation, the annual power generation will reach 4.6 million kilowatt-hours, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 3,500 tons per year. It is expected to save about 3.1 million yuan in electricity costs per year. The project is committed to scientific and technological innovation, focusing on carbon asset management and incubation, energy-saving transformation, smart energy, and new energy investment and construction. At the same time, it will also provide emergency standby power and green power guarantee for the Winston Battery energy storage battery industrial park, empowering the company's energy conservation, emission reduction, and green development.
